The Challenge

The Chief Revenue Officer will represent a key addition to the executive leadership team. This executive should have experience working for a health plan, national medical carrier, or vendor providing ancillary benefits to self-insured employers. They will be comfortable selling benefits into enterprise-level groups in a self-insured marketplace. They will have experience both leading and growing teams from 20-50. Lastly, they will need to be a skilled communicator who will actively collaborate with other senior sales leaders across the organization, while strengthening relationships with key industry stakeholders.
