The Challenge
The company is seeking a General Counsel to lead, coordinate, and oversee all legal matters and risk management initiatives for the Company. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this individual will serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to the executive team and Board of Directors. The General Counsel will provide expert guidance on pharmacy and healthcare law, data privacy, corporate governance, and complex commercial transactions, ensuring that the Company’s growth objectives are achieved in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Mandate
The most impressive part of the whole process was how quickly Aequitas surfaced a handful of really viable candidates.
