The Challenge
In this critical role, the GM, US will work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and Board to execute and further develop the US go-to-market strategy. This individual will win new health system partnerships, convert pilots into system-wide contracts, establish scalable sales processes, and ultimately create a commercial engine built for long-term success. In addition to shepherding existing opportunities through the pipeline, they will be responsible for the continued development and management of new health system partnerships, applying appropriate rigor to forecasting abilities. This leader will also act as a thought partner with regards to their broad understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, its myriad of constituents, and the ever-changing reimbursement landscape.
The Mandate
We got to the right person in a swift way. We met good people on the way, but I think quickly got to the right caliber candidate that we were hoping for and actually better than I was hoping for. So I think I was really pleased in terms of who we've managed to attract. So that's fantastic.
