The Challenge

The company is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Network to spearhead deployment of their platform to physician groups, and use it to drive improved cost savings and physician performance. This role is ideal for a leader with a deep understanding of value-based care models, a proven track record of building provider-facing success teams, and driving scalable, metrics-driven growth in dynamic startup environments. The Head of Network will oversee a small team of CSMs who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with their assigned provider groups. He or she will be responsible for attaining ambitious MLR goals while partnering closely with leadership on the next chapter of the business.
