Our 4th Edition of the Digital Health Executive Compensation Study will aim to answer just that. 2023 has presented leaders with many difficult decisions on how to ensure the financial viability of their companies. Across 15 functions, Director to C-Suite, Seed stage to post IPO, we’re bringing you all the trends for base, bonus and equity across our healthcare / health-tech ecosystem.

Our Survey is the largest and most comprehensive of its kind in digital health - and that is thanks to you taking 5 minutes out of your day to share your data. This year, we ask that you tack on one extra minute to share the survey with your peers / colleagues or ask your investors to distribute it to their portfolio so that the trends we report back are impactful to you.
