On The Ground
When building or joining a team, networking is one of the most important strategies that you can implement, particularly in an industry as close-knit as health innovation. Every introduction, conversation, shared insight helps someone take a step closer to finding their new opportunity or a new team member who will supercharge the company’s growth.
This season of gratitude is a reminder that the strongest teams are built alongside people who care, give back, and pay it forward with no expectations. Regardless of which side of the search process you’re on, we’ve all been there. A short phone call, a quick email with an idea, a shared LinkedIn profile or job post all compound into momentum for others.
On this Thanksgiving Eve, we are grateful for every person in our collective network - from the leaders who partner with us on the search, to the executives who trust us through their own process, and to the broader community that shares their insights and ideas, all leading to one outcome - strong teams that truly change the face of healthcare.
Happy Thanksgiving to your and your close ones!

But the industry moves fast, and the pace of change is constant.
Our job is to keep our fingers on the pulse of everything going on in health innovation and how it impacts executive talent - and by extension - company building.
