On The Ground
Across 500 leading companies in digital health, the fastest-growing roles over the last year have been in-house healthcare providers, followed by engineers / technology, operators, customer service, and sales. From an open spec perspective, healthcare providers, engineers, and operators are the most sought after.
Tying this together to how many executives are actively seeking new opportunities, now is the time to hire sales and operations roles as the market will be fair. Companies will likely still compete for engineering talent, though there are more engineers on the market than ever.
More insights to come in our Mid Year report.
