According to self-reported information, 20-30% of executives are actively open to new opportunities across every function - from Product and Engineering, to Sales to Operations. The top three reasons why folks are looking to make a change? Company mission/product, Leadership, and Compensation.
There’s no better time than right now to be thinking about retention amongst your leadership, as venture funding rolled in the first half of the year, and the market is active. Lots of companies raising money means aggressive recruiting/hiring with more attractive comp packages.
