What we’re thinking about this week

When we published our Mid-Year State of Hiring Report earlier this summer, we suggested that all signs pointed to an extremely competitive back half of the year from a hiring perspective. With summer coming to a close and that golden hour getting earlier and earlier, we aren’t seeing anything that suggests otherwise. In fact, as we roll off the busiest summer the firm as had in 11 years, we’re buckling up for a big home stretch.

So enjoy the long weekend, recharge, get some rest and get the kids ready for school if they aren’t back yet. And then get ready for a sprint to the finish.

Keep an eye out for the intake survey for our 6th Annual Healthcare Executive Compensation Study hitting inboxes in September - we’re expecting our largest data set ever this Fall and are excited to share it with you in December when it’s assembled!
